Our company policy requires Appraiser measurements of your floorplan.
2) We direct the most effective staging of your home, just like you see on HGTV and TLC, and photograph your home in the most attractive way possible...
3) List your home on the Multiple Listing Service worded effectively to market to the 3,000+ army of Buyer Agents who might have a buyer seeking your home, and place a combination lockbox on your home for their appointments.
4) We place our visible sign in front of your home routing calls directly to ONE personal cell phone, NOT to an irritating never-ending, dead-end office answering system.
5) We place our flyer box in front of your home, yes, with detailed, compelling, colorful "brochures". We can do "email flyers" for an additional fee, but candidly, it's spam.
6) Direct buyers to your Featured Showcase Listing on Realtor.com, with your Virtual Tour - the internet's best alternative to ineffective open houses.
